Hi! We're Aviv and 3rd Fridays are our thing.
We are a community of people in their 20s and 30s who are co-architects of a connected, modern Jewish community. With monthly Shabbat dinners and dynamic Kabbalat Shabbat services on the UWS, it's the place to be (on the third Friday of every month, that is).
More about us
We're a part of the nearly 200-year-old synagogue B'nai Jeshurun (BJ) on the Upper West Side.
The word “aviv” means “spring” in Hebrew and—like the season—we're all about growth and new beginnings.

Aviv activities are created for people in their 20s and 30s looking to connect and build community. Membership at BJ is not a requirement for participation, though it comes with some great perks. Learn about becoming a member.
